STOP! HE CARES

“Cast your burden on the LORD [release it] and He will sustain and uphold you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken (slip, fall, fail).”

– Psalm 55:22 AMP

Are you worried about anything in particular? Do you find yourself getting restless because of the unresolved issues in your life? Do you fear for your future? Stop! God cares for you. Let that sink in.

Why not give Him your worries right now? Please allow Him to lead and guide you. He desires to assist and support you (Isaiah 41:10). Your life may be at a crossroads. Give Him the situation and let Him work it out. Cast all your concerns on Him.

In Exodus 4:14, Moses expressed concern about his slow speech and how he would address Pharaoh. He believed himself to be unfit for the position, but our God gave him the tools he needed and granted Him success. Which worries and fears do you have? In your prayers, release them and give them to God. Be anxious for nothing (Philippians 4:6). Don’t worry, have faith in God, and be courageous (Joshua 1:9).

Like Jesus said in Luke 12:22, “do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear.” If He can take care of seemingly insignificant things like grass, flowers, and birds, how much more will He take care of you since you were made in His image?

You can rely on Him to meet your needs and to guide, protect, and lead you. The truth is that you serve a God who anticipates your needs before you even mention them to Him. Instead of stressing, say a quick prayer of thanks to Him today.
