When you cook, you don’t keep salt aside to protect it from the food. You add it in because that is when it becomes effective. The salt does not lose its flavour or identity; instead, it transforms everything around it.
God notices the work that others may not see. What looks small to us can be important in God’s plan. Often, things we think are unimportant are actually the foundation of what God is doing.
